What we do

As wedding content creators, our role goes beyond simply documenting. There’s a level of care behind what we do that’s intentional from start to finish—from how we prepare with you beforehand, to how we move throughout your wedding day, to how your content is thoughtfully edited and delivered.

We specialize in iPhone wedding content creation, pushing the capabilities of what an iPhone can do to create something that feels elevated, natural, and immediately available. It’s something we’ve spent years refining, learning, and quietly evolving in ways that continue redefining what modern wedding content can feel like.

Our approach is designed to feel seamless on your end, so you’re never thinking about what’s being captured or how. You’re simply present, and we’re quietly documenting what’s real.

With years spent in the wedding industry before transitioning into content creation, we’ve learned how to anticipate moments before they happen, move calmly within the pace of a wedding day, and capture the in-between moments couples often don’t even realize they missed until afterward.

The result is wedding content that feels effortless, elevated, and true to you—something that doesn’t just show your wedding day, but allows you to come back to it and feel it all over again.

A record of your love, kept on record.

A Little More Personally

I recently married my husband, Ross, in October 2025 in Cincinnati, and am now in the early years of marriage—which feels equal parts exciting and grounding as we step into this next chapter of our lives. He’s truly my best friend, and naturally, most of my time outside of everything else is spent with him.

Whether we’re at home, trying a new restaurant, or traveling whenever we can, those are the moments I value most. Our home is usually centered around our two dachshunds, Louie and Leo, who keep us on our toes.

You can also find me at a reformer class, baking something sweet (always), or leaning into slower, simple routines in between it all.

And just for a little more context—

FAVORITE DRINK: An iced vanilla latte (always on the hunt for the best in town!) or a crisp Diet Coke.

GO-TO COMFORT SHOW: Gilmore Girls.

IDEAL NIGHT: Something homemade, a cozy set, hanging out with my husband and two dachshunds with nowhere to be.

WEEKEND PLANS: A mix of movement and relaxation, a Pilates class, a fun new restaurant, and maybe a wedding or two (wink, wink).

A SMALL JOY: A cute coffee shop, really great conversation, and even better company.

FAVORITE DRINK: A solid toss up between an energy drink or an iced matcha latte.

GO-TO COMFORT SHOW: The Great British Baking Show.

IDEAL NIGHT: Zero plans, a face mask and a good TV show.

WEEKEND PLANS: A Pilates class and a sweet treat.

A SMALL JOY: Cookies fresh out of the oven with some flaky salt, YUM!

The Team

FAVORITE DRINK: A Raspberry Flat White from Starbucks or a Diet Coke with lime.

GO-TO COMFORT SHOW: New Girl.

IDEAL NIGHT: Grilling out steaks, watching a sunset, and playing a board game with friends and family.

WEEKEND PLANS: Working out, organizing, or at the ballpark cheering on my fiancé!

A SMALL JOY: Waking up before the sun and enjoying the quiet time before the day ahead.

Wedding content creation offers a more immediate, behind-the-scenes perspective of your wedding day. Captured entirely on iPhone, the experience is designed to feel immersive, candid, and real-time — complementing your photography and videography rather than replacing it.

We work in close collaboration with your photography and videography team, capturing your day as it naturally unfolds while remaining mindful of the overall flow of the day and vendor experience. Our focus is on the in-between moments, thoughtful details, and genuine interactions happening both in front of and behind the scenes.

With a calm, intuitive presence, we move seamlessly alongside your team to ensure a natural and thoughtfully captured experience from beginning to end.

01. What is wedding content creation and how do you work alongside our photographer & videographer?

Refined, intentional, and emotionally driven. We’re constantly looking for the moments that actually make your wedding feel like your wedding — the energy, the movement, the people, the little interactions happening in-between everything else.

Our style feels modern, elevated, and a little nostalgic in the best way — like your favorite rom com, but real life. Think less overly produced and more effortlessly cinematic.

We love a good trend when it fits naturally, but our focus is creating content that still feels just as special years from now as it does the morning after your wedding.

Above all, we want your content to feel like you—not overly staged, overly filtered, or forced.

02: What is your content
style?

Not at all — we love them all! Modern, colorful, vintage-inspired, editorial, coastal, intimate, maximalist… every wedding brings something completely different, and that variety is a huge part of what inspires us creatively.

More than fitting into one specific aesthetic, we’re drawn to weddings that feel intentional and personal to the couple. The details matter, of course, but what we care about most is how the day feels.

Our approach always stays the same: capturing the atmosphere, emotion, movement, and in-between moments that make your wedding uniquely yours in a way that feels effortless, personal, and true to the day itself.

03: Do you only capture specific wedding styles?

We are wedding content creators, which means we work strictly off iPhone — intentionally. Our approach is centered around capturing your wedding in a way that feels immediate, immersive, and true-to-life while still maintaining a polished, elevated feel.

We consistently keep up with the latest iPhone technology and are always upgrading our equipment to ensure the highest possible quality for our couples. (Hellooooo… we love an upgrade.) Alongside our iPhones, we also use professional stabilization tools when necessary, lighting when needed, portable charging equipment, and external storage to support a seamless experience throughout the wedding weekend.

04: What equipment do you use?

Love, On Record is intentionally designed as a small, trusted team. Founded by Ryann, she remains closely involved in the majority of our weddings, while Sabrina and Kelsey have been trained closely by Ryann and capture weddings with the same approach and intention the brand is known for.

When inquiring, you’ll have the opportunity to share your preference for who you’d like to work with. Coverage is then thoughtfully assigned based on availability, scope, and overall fit, and your confirmed content creator will always be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Additional team members may support select celebrations to ensure every moment is captured with care and intention.

05: Who will be capturing our wedding day?

Your content is delivered in a full-resolution, thoughtfully organized online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.

As a keepsake, you’ll also receive a custom USB containing your full collection—designed to be something you can revisit and hold onto over time.

06: How is our content delivered?

Your full collection of primarily video content, along with select photo moments, is delivered within 24 hours of your wedding day—allowing you to relive and share moments almost immediately.

Your signature highlight edit is delivered within 72 hours, thoughtfully refined to reflect the overall feel and energy of your day.

Any additional edits, including short-form or extended videos, are delivered within five days.

07: When will we receive our content?

Absolutely. While we’re based in Southwest Florida, we regularly travel throughout Florida, the East Coast, the Florida Keys, and destinations worldwide. We genuinely love experiencing new places and thoughtfully documenting celebrations wherever they take us.

08: Do you travel?

We recommend inquiring as early as possible, especially for peak dates. As a small team, availability is limited and bookings are secured on a first-come basis.

09: How far in advance should we book?
