Love, on Record is based in Naples, Florida (34119), and we always love the opportunity to travel.
For Ryann-led weddings, no travel fee is applied within 250 miles round-trip of Naples, Florida. Between 251 and 500 miles round-trip, a travel fee applies based on the current IRS mileage rate (.76 per mile).
Weddings beyond this range fall under our U.S. or International Destination Collections, where travel and accommodations are thoughtfully included.
Associate-led collections are reserved for select weddings within 100 driving miles of Naples, Florida. Limited exceptions are considered through a custom proposal based on location, scope, and team availability.

YOUR COLLECTION
Once we know we’re the right fit, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining your selected collection, coverage details, contract, and retainer information. After your date is officially secured, your wedding is on record — and you can move forward knowing every moment will be thoughtfully preserved.

FINAL DETAILS
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll send over a final questionnaire and connect with you and your planner to refine timelines, priorities, and creative direction. This step allows us to arrive fully prepared while keeping the experience seamless, intentional, and unobtrusive from start to finish.

THE WEDDING DAY
On your wedding day, our focus is simple: document your wedding day exactly as it felt. While you stay fully present with your people, we quietly capture both the milestone moments and the in-between memories that often become the most meaningful. The energy, the atmosphere, the movement, the emotion — all preserved in real time as your story naturally unfolds.

DELIVERY DAY
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your complete collection of unedited iPhone content, allowing you to relive the celebration almost immediately. Your Signature Highlight film will follow within 72 hours, with any additional edits delivered shortly after. Carefully curated, intentionally preserved, and beautifully kept on record long after the weekend ends.
